The villas are located on the south side of Preveza facing Aktio. You can access Preveza easily by air travel thanks to the nearby Aktion Airport, or by road and sea.
The Preveza Town Center is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive from the villa complex, while the popular beach Kiani Akti is just a 5-minute walk away. Other Preveza hotspots are easily accessible by car only a short drive away, like the famous Monolithi beach.
